MTI Learning Inc. is seeking a driven, results oriented sales professional to sell our project management training,
coaching, and speaking engagements to new and existing customers. This dynamic individual will be an integral team member responsible for driving revenue and profitability growth by acquiring new business and retaining existing business. As a valued member of our team of dedicated professionals, you will have the opportunity for unlimited growth and the ability to significantly contribute to shaping the future of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
- Selling project management training courses, coaching and speaking
engagements for both MTI sponsored courses and corporate in house training
throughout the world
- Exhibiting the attributes of a top performing sales professional and representing the company in a professional manner at all times
- Participating in strategic planning and business development
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in business or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 2+ years sales experience; experience selling professional services and/or training considered an asset
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Proven sales records and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to identify, develop and close new business
- Superior communication, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic, drive, integrity, ambition and tenacity
- Enthusiastic, creative and honest
